1. What are the directions from the airport to the hotel?
Take the H1 freeway to Nimitz Highway to Ala Moana Boulevard then on to Kalakaua Avenue. Turn right on Kalakaua Avenue then left on Kaiulani Avenue, address: 120 Kaiulani Avenue.

2. Do you have a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport?
No; however, we can assist in arranging transportation when you advise the reservations contact when you confirm your booking. Some rate plans will include transfers or you can book advance shuttle transfers.

3. How much does it cost to get to/from the airport by taxi or shuttle?
There are three (3) options for you to consider:
- Taxi approximately $35
- Shuttle Van / 8-10 Passenger (makes multiple hotel stops)Approximately $12.00 - $15.00 per person, to/from Waikiki.
- Shuttle Bus / 55 Passenger $9.00 - $11.00 per person; stops at pre-determined locations

Depending on the Wing, square footage ranges from 299 to 348 (includes balcony); suites start at 735 square feet.

Yes, the hotel has coin operated laundry facilites located in the basement. There are three (3) washers and three (3) dryers available on a first come, first served basis between the hours of 6:00 am and 12:00 am (midnight) seven days a week. The cost is presently $2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dry; detergent and other items would be extra. Prices subject to change without notice.
